These terms apply to every booking of the Kalọ̀ sí ilé® Bénin Roots Vodun Days 2027 journey, from 3 to 9 January 2027. They are presented to you before any payment.

1Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the Kalọ̀ sí ilé® Bénin Roots Vodun Days 2027 journey, organised by PROGENITEL SARL under the Bénin Roots brand. The journey takes place in Benin, from 3 to 9 January 2027, limited to 50 places.
2Registration and confirmation
Registration is made online. It becomes final once the deposit is received and Bénin Roots has sent the confirmation, subject to availability.
Registration closes on 5 December 2026.
3Price
The price is €1,814 per person, or 1,190,000 FCFA, for 7 days and 6 nights.
It includes the services described on the journey page and does not include the international flight, the visa, travel insurance, personal expenses or meals and drinks not included in the programme.
4Payment
Payment is made in three instalments: 30% on booking, 40% 60 days before departure, the balance by 5 December 2026 at the latest.
Payments are accepted by bank card, Mobile Money or bank transfer. A receipt is sent for each payment.
To be completed by Bénin Roots : Final schedule to be validated (30/40/30 or 30/60/balance) and exact date of the second instalment.
5Traveller formalities
Each traveller is responsible for their own formalities: a passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date, a Benin e-Visa (€50 for 30 days, single entry) and a yellow fever vaccination certificate, mandatory at boarding and on arrival.
Bénin Roots informs and supports travellers but cannot be held liable for a refusal of boarding or entry due to incomplete formalities.
6Running of the journey
The programme may be adapted for reasons of safety, weather, site availability or the organisation of the Vodun Days. Bénin Roots undertakes to offer equivalent services.
Taking part in cultural and spiritual activities is free. No membership or initiation is involved.
7Cancellation and changes
Cancellation terms are set out in the cancellation policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
If Bénin Roots had to cancel the journey, all amounts paid would be refunded in full, with no further compensation.
8Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. It is strongly recommended, in particular to cover cancellation, repatriation or medical costs.
9Liability
Bénin Roots coordinates local providers (accommodation, transport, guides, sites). It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, the act of a third party, or the traveller failing to meet their obligations.
10Claims and applicable law
Any claim must be addressed to progenitel@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the law of Benin.
To be completed by Bénin Roots : Mediator or competent court to be specified with legal counsel.
