My journey: first name, email, WhatsApp, country of residence, quiz answers and, if you wish, your family story
Booking: last name, first name, country, WhatsApp and email of the travellers
Webinar and partners: the details in the relevant form
Audience measurement, if you consent to it: anonymised browsing data

3Why

Your data is used to prepare your travel proposal, organise your stay, contact you and answer your questions. It is never sold.

4Who has access

The Bénin Roots team, and only the providers strictly required: email sending, the spreadsheet used to track requests, the payment provider for bookings, and the local partners for the services of your stay.

5For how long

Requests and leads: 3 years after the last contact. Booking files: 10 years, for accounting obligations.
